Refund policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, inform us within 7 business days (with complete information and pictures) for a replacement, an alternative piece or a refund, in case the product you purchased is sold out.
  • Items bought during sales or promotions are eligible for a replacement, or an alternative piece, but not a refund.  
    We want you to feel 'Beautiful, Unique, You' with every Ashavri purchase.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reach us at email@ashavri.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do give us as much information as possible. 

  • We’ll respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, returns are processed within 5-7  business days. 


Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
