- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, inform us within 7 business days (with complete information and pictures) for a replacement, an alternative piece or a refund, in case the product you purchased is sold out.
- Items bought during sales or promotions are eligible for a replacement, or an alternative piece, but not a refund.
We want you to feel 'Beautiful, Unique, You' with every Ashavri purchase. - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How to Initiate a Return

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
